Shipping policy

We use multiple companies for our deliveries, and all orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

Art Wall Melbourne offers Australia wide delivery for all products. Please refer below for approximate delivery times to different states and territories:

 

Melbourne – Approximately 1-3 Business Days

Sydney, Adelaide – Approximately 2-5 Business Days

Brisbane, Perth – Approximately 3- 7 business days

All areas outside Metro locations – Approximately 8- 10 business days

 

All orders are delivered during regular business hours. Courier companies require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not at home when your goods are delivered a card will be left with instructions about how to arrange collection. (PLEASE NOTE since COVID started, most courier companies do not take a signature instead of leaving the parcel in a safe place).
