Yes, we do deliver to PO Box address except large parcels.

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, HOW CAN IÂ CHANGE IT?
If you notice an error in your shipping address contact Customer Care immediately. In most cases we can amend your shipping address, however once your order has been picked up by our courier, we’re unable to make changes.Â

 Art Wall are not responsible for orders returned-to-sender. Art Wall will not refund or replace orders scanned as delivered by the shipping provider. Art Wall are not liable for return-to-sender orders that are lost or damaged.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE RETURN NOTICE PERIOD?
We provide our customers with a 14 days notice period for the returns.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
If you wish to return the products you ordered, please return them within 14 days of receipt, unused in their original packaging, and we will provide you with a full refund. If there is a fault with your products, please get in touch with us within seven days of receipt via email, and we will provide you with a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
Returns are assessed by our Customer Care team. Upon inspection, if a return does not meet the above requirements, Art Wall will return the item at the customers expense.
Art Wall are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Once we receive the items, we will initiate the refund for your account via the same transaction method used in your original purchase. Generally, a refund takes 15 days from the date we receive the returned item(s).

DO I NEED TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGE IN CASE OF RETURNS?
We will cover the shipping cost if it is our fault, such as the wrong product sent or breakage in transits. However, delivery charges are non-refundable; if you change your mind about the products you have ordered, you will be responsible for the cost of inbound and outbound shipping for those products.

Please note that the item must be unused in its original packaging. We may charge an additional fee for handling your return.

HOW DO I APPLY THE WALL DECALS AND WALL STICKERS?Â
Applying our Wall Decals and Wall Stickers is as easy as pie! Simply peel off the backing and stick them onto any smooth surface like walls, windows, or furniture. Smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles, and voila! Instant rainbow magic!

CAN I REMOVE THE RAINBOW WALL DECALS AND WALL STICKERS WITHOUT DAMAGING MY WALLS?
Absolutely! Our PVC Wall Decals are designed to be removable and won't leave any sticky residue or damage your walls. However, the Fabric large rainbow decals are parament due to the strong adhesive used. Just peel them off gently, and your walls will be good as new!

ARE THE WALL DECALS AND WALL STICKERS REUSABLE?
Unfortunately, our Wall Decals and Wall Stickers are not reusable. Once you've stuck them onto a surface, they are meant to stay there. But don't worry, we have a wide range of designs to choose from, so you can always switch things up and add a fresh burst of colour to your space!

CAN I USE THE WALL DECALS AND STICKERS ON TEXTURED SURFACES?
Our Wall Decals and Wall Stickers work best on smooth surfaces. They may not adhere well to textured walls or surfaces with a lot of bumps and grooves. For the best results, we recommend applying them to smooth, clean, and dry surfaces.
